Hello and I am reluctant to mentally leave the Pura Vida mindset even now . I have spent many hours thinking about how I feel about my experience and how it has influenced me. I had no expectations going in except to say that we would talk about and hear about Blue Zones  and Longevity Lifestyle talks and have time off to play; the trip exceeded everything I’d hoped for and then some. I loved that the group was small and the discussions and were superb both by Michelle and the participants.  Michelle was thorough and thought provoking and yet kept us on track so all of the material would be presented. I appreciated that because I for one, can get sidetracked and enjoy a good rabbit hole!
 
You couldn’t have picked a better group of participants we all brought so many and varied qualities to the table and I appreciated them all! I loved that there were two families with us to enjoy.  We were a divine creation of qualities to enjoy daily and I know I have made  some new and deep friends!

I like the two hotels for different reasons. The first brought us together with warmth as a group and special attention from the staff and the second allowed us to reach out and find one another as friends, indulging our various interests…Bravo to you because it was your diligence and connections that made the experience so very positive! 

The activities were perfect and the fun day was a great experience where each of us stretch and expand our comfort zones and I loved every bit of it!
